A local store resently offered to put a photo of mine of one of there riders in a mag and on there website as a ad but I really don't know what to charge any help?

i read somewhere on skatep that there's some sort of calculator that takes magazine circulation, photo size, and other such factors into account and then calculates you out a price. try google? maybe when i get less lazy i'll search for the thread.

if you normally dont charge for your photos and your not a really good photographer, and this is your first photo ever being used in a magazine and you get photo credits, than let this guy help you out by putting your photo in a magazine and paying for it. ahaha

If it's going to be published he won't put it online, then people will see it and people can take it. Well... i don't know if they can take it but on skateperception people always say, ill post it once it goes in the mag.
