i found someone thats selling their D-300 for 1250 if i can get 1000 for it im going to take it. any thoughts? or objection why this marriage should not take place?

The shutter is simply orgasmic on the D3. A friend of mine has one and it's incredible.

yeah D700 is basically a FX D300. i only want the D3 cause im lazy and sequences are easier haha

I have a mate who bought the D700 and he regrets that he didn't man up and buy the D3. The shutter is a little funky compared to the D3.

But my goodness, the D3 is a whole lot of camera, it's crazy looking through the viewfinder. A 17 that is actually 17. It's friggen wide!

Soooooooo worth it. My cousin has one. Its SICK.
